Presentation: WordPress Child Themes

So the new theme on your site is almost right! In my workshop, you will learn how to safely tweak your child theme while still getting updates from the parent theme you have chosen.

What do you want people to learn from your presentation?

How you create child themes, and what you can do with them.

What attracted you to WordPress in the first place?

I have found that you can create a very impressive website without having to worry about the framework. WordPress make my life as a code and website designer a lot simpler.

What are you most looking forward to at WordCamp Toronto?

Meeting friends!

Why did you decide to speak?

I have made my living at times working with WordPress so I am giving back to help others.

What is your favourite plugin or theme, and why?

Mine 😉  The Author Avatar list plugin, because it my baby.
