It&#8217;s manned by volunteer WordPress experts (&#8220;wizards&#8221;).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\">These experts help WordPress users troubleshoot problems on WordPress.com and self-hosted .org websites.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the commitment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\">A minimum of one hour. As with all other <a title=\"Volunteers\" href=\"https:\/\/2013.toronto.wordcamp.org\/volunteer\/\">volunteers<\/a>, if you volunteer for three hours or more your WordCamp ticket will be refunded. \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the benefit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\"><em>Give back to the WordPress community.<\/em> So much of what makes WordPress successful comes from individuals contributing their time and knowledge for the greater good of the WordPress community. This is your chance to do the same.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\"><em>It&#8217;s an excellent networking opportunity!<\/em> Nothing shows off your skills as a WordPress pro like troubleshooting and fixing problems on the spot.
