Session Description
Your phone rings. A client informs you that a WordPress site YOU developed and maintain for them has been hacked. Where do you begin? What do you do? How will you prevent it from happening again?
WordPress may be secure, but the people who use it aren’t. In the past year I can think of 4 specific instances where I’ve had to un-hack a website. This is intended towards developers who have had or could ever have a site they need to clean up.The goal is to help them keep a cool head when something comes up.
